Our physical office locations are currently closed and shipping operations are shut down due to our Statewide Mandate Stay at Home Order from COVID-19 coronavirus. Our customer service team is available as normal to answer questions you may have. The following information regarding your return is based on our standard operating procedures and will be processed once our warehouse re-opens. We will be waiving the need to mail back your defective product at this time.
Warrior is committed to fitting you in the right gear to meet your goals, and as such, we back our unused products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. For qualifying products we will provide you a FREE return label to send back the product for a full refund. Only items approved in advance for return by Warrior will receive credit or be replaced. Please read below for important distinctions and definitions of qualifying products. All defective merchandise is covered under separate policies found in the links at the top of this page.
All unused products are eligible to be returned within 30 days. They must be in the original state you received them. (ie: New and Sellable condition: unused and in the original packaging.)
For items which meet these criteria noted below, you must first request a return or replacement from Warrior within 30 days of the delivery date. As with our non-customized items, only items approved in advance for return by Warrior will receive credit or be replaced. Any items returned without prior Warrior approval may be disposed of and a refund not given.
