Warrior products are built for the battlefield. But sometimes even the toughest players can give in to the strain of the game. Review the warranty information here to see if your product is eligible for replacement.
For FREE returns, simply stick the enclosed postage paid return label to the package and follow the drop off instructions on the back of the label. If you did not receive a return label, hit up Customer Care at 866.356.1369 and we’ll be happy to e-mail you one.
Once your merchandise is received, we’ll credit your original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package for processing. You must return it within 30 days to receive a refund. If you originally paid for your merchandise with a check or money order, allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
Defect or Damage
Warrior will replace all items damaged in transit and/or containing a manufacturer's defect. In this case, any shipping charges will be waived. To report a defect or damage and start the process, contact Customer Care immediately at our toll-free number, (866) 356-1369.
