Multi-Bias Fiber

New shaft design using multilateral and omnidirectional fiber placement to reinforce the shaft internally and protect it from cracking or fatigue. Continuous fibers create a network of carbon strands that help resist slash or puck impact.

In a process first developed by Warrior engineers, True 1 construction describes the process of making a single-piece, fully molded shaft and blade. This process allows better control and dial-in for flex and weight balance of the stick since there is no fuse or connection joint of a shaft and blade.

Carbon Elite Construction

Warrior's proprietary elite construction package is the ultimate combination of light weight and and power. High-modulus, low-weight aerospace-grade laminate provides strength under extreme flex, and most efficient energy transfer.

Dagger Taper

Aggressive dagger taper line view accentuates the flex characteristics of the stick geometry. Dagger taper allows the hosel and blade area to increase flex and remain stable versus more traditional square or oval geometries in this region. Taper area and thin blade also give a visual impression of the puck being larger.

X-Stitch Construction

Based on Carbon Elite construction, Warrior engineers pushed the envelope to add extra durability and strength for higher performance without adding weight. This proprietary blend of an aramid stitch helps improve torsional strength as well as impact resistance.

D-Lite Blade

Using a double-density internal polymer core, D-Lite Technology allows for a very stable heel and base area which transitions to a very light and springy mid-toe area. The center of gravity of the blade is also moved closer to the heel area, which makes the blade feel lighter but does not affect stability at impact. Taper hosel area is hollow, allowing for more weight savings. Additional aramid internal blade cap helps impact durability and prolongs blade life. Reinforced contract strip increases impact.

Upon receipt of a proper Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement as set forth above, we will remove the allegedly infringing Content and notify the alleged infringer. The alleged infringer will also be notified of the DMCA Counter Notification procedure set forth below.

3.2 Counter Notification. Within a reasonable time after receiving a valid Counter Notification that complies with these requirements, we will restore the Content removed, unless our Designated Agent is informed by the originator of the Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement that such party has instituted an action in court against you concerning the allegedly infringing Material.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRICING AND ORDERS.

6.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. The prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. If WARRIOR discovers an error in either pricing or availability it will seek to correct it. WARRIOR reserves the right to revoke any offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).

6.2 In compliance with California law (SB 657), WARRIOR: (a) undertakes to verify its product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slave labor; (b) conducts various types of independent audits, both announced and unannounced, of its suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with Warrior standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains. Such audits conducted under this program are performed by WARRIOR and third-parties; (c) requires certification by its direct suppliers that materials used to make its products are from suppliers that comply with laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the country or countries in which they are doing business; (d) maintains internal accountability standards and procedures; and (e) provide company employees and management, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, training on human trafficking and slavery, particularly with respect to mitigation risks within the supply chain of products.

WARRIOR and you agree that all disputes and litigation regarding the Terms, the Site, and matters connected with its performance or relating to the use of the Site shall be subject to, and they each consent to jurisdiction and venue in, the state and federal courts whose jurisdiction includes Oakland or Macomb Counties, Michigan. You expressly consent and irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. 9.3 Equitable Relief. You recognize and acknowledge that a breach by you of any of your obligations under the Terms will cause WARRIOR irreparable damage, which cannot be readily remedied by monetary damages in an action at law. Accordingly, in the event of any default or breach by you, including any action by you that could cause some loss or dilution of our goodwill, reputation, or rights in the Site, WARRIOR shall be entitled to an immediate injunction in addition to any other remedies available, to stop or prevent such irreparable harm, loss, or dilution.

9.4 Entire Agreement. The Terms embody the entire agreement and understanding between WARRIOR and you with respect to the subject matter of the Terms and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter of the Terms. No statement, representation, warranty, covenant or agreement of any kind not expressly set forth in the Terms shall affect, or be used to interpret, change or restrict, the express terms and provisions of the Terms.

9.5 Termination. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND, ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE TERMS OF USE YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE SITE. WARRIOR may terminate your access to this Site at any time and for any reason without prior notification. Additionally, WARRIOR may modify this Site at any time, and continuing to use the Site constitutes your agreement to such modifications. All sales of products by Warrior Sports, Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "Warrior") through the warrior.com website (the "Site") are made on the following terms and conditions. By ordering any product or service via the Site, you signify your acceptance of this Agreement, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time. Changes to these Terms of Sale will be effective when posted. These Terms of Sale are intended to supplement the Site's Terms of Use found here and Returns & Warranty Policy found here, each of which are incorporated herein by reference. In these Terms of Sale, any products you purchase from Seller are referred to below as "goods."

Privacy. We take the issue of privacy on the Internet very seriously. To view our Privacy Policy, click here.

Payment Terms. We have the right to increase our prices at any time without notice. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do not accept checks, drafts, or money orders for orders submitted through the Site.

Pricing; Shipping; Pricing Errors. Any prices stated on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping and handling, expedited service, or sales taxes, if applicable. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. We make every effort to provide accurate information about our products and pricing on the Site. We typically ship within one business day. If you email us regarding a cancellation, we cannot guarantee we will receive your message before your order ships.

Unavoidable Delay.
